Friends of Sears Island invites kids ages 6-12 and their parents to join us for “No Place Like Home,” an after-school environmental film festival for kids which will be held on Thursday, February 13th, from 4:00-5:30pm in the Abbott Room at the Belfast Free Library. A series of short nature-themed films and clips about environmental issues will be shown that celebrate the earth’s beauty and inspire an ethic of stewardship. The films will last for about an hour and fifteen minutes, followed by a brief wrap-up discussion.

This free program is for kids ages 6-12 with an accompanying adult. Advance registration is required. To sign-up, please visit https://fosi-film-festival.eventbrite.com.
