Friends of Sears Island and the Belfast Free Library will co-sponsor a presentation titled “Winter is Coming! How Animals Prepare and Interesting Survival Strategies,” by Sandra Mitchell on Tuesday, December 3rd at 6:30pm at the Belfast Free Library. Sandra will discuss the fascinating ways different animals have adapted to survive the winter. Sandra Mitchell is a Registered Maine Guide and an avid amateur naturalist. She is a Certified CyberTracker, and enjoys investigating natural mysteries. Her website is https://www.wildlynxnature.com/.
