Here is a full recording of the public information meeting held on Saturday, May 20, in the Searsport Community Building. Nearly 170 people attended to hear about the proposed “marshalling port” and to ask questions and make comments. This video runs more than two and a half hours. We welcome all questions or comments by email to info@friendsofsearsisland.org. Thanks to all who joined us for this important meeting!

Many thanks to Ned Lightner of Belfast Community Media for recording the event and making this available to us.

Here is a link where you can view the full video presentation provided by Maine Port Authority executive director Matt Burns. Our invitation to the State was to offer a 15-minute presentation, and we were not able to include the full 27-minute video in our public meeting.
